**Senior Project Manager – (Contractor) – Temporary** **Description:** We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead and manage high-impact, complex software development projects. The role will involve close collaboration with teams including Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, Solution Architecture, Operations, and external partners, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. **What We Expect From You:** * Ability to build solid relationships with internal and external customers * Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues agilely, mitigate risks, and ensure a positive customer experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands * Proven experience managing IT projects; telecom domain knowledge is a plus * Proactive, results-oriented mindset * Proficiency in delivering presentations and facilitating meetings with customers * Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders * Expertise in planning, including creating and maintaining schedules in MS Project and Planner * Analytical capability to identify root causes of problems, propose solutions, and make sound decisions * Technical knowledge enabling effective management of activities related to infrastructure, software development, information security, and system integration * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences (technical and non-technical) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management * Intermediate level of English and/or Spanish * Experience in software product development and deployment * Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, MS Planner, and similar platforms * Ability to build maintainable schedules structured with well-defined tasks, clear dependencies, strategic milestones, and consistent resource allocation * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, agile and traditional methods) * Capability to manage risks and stakeholder relationships * Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous initiatives * Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Emotional intelligence and empathy to navigate team dynamics and address stakeholder concerns * PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus
