Key role in strategic IT projects **Job Description & Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Business Analysis Manager to join our dynamic IT team. The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT projects aligned with our strategic objectives. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development within an inclusive and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Pre\-initiation:** align with stakeholders, gather requirements, and collect existing documentation (with communication/alignment with Business Partners). * **Project analysis:** translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT (with communication/alignment with Business Partners). * **Documentation:** produce clear and aligned requirements, process flows, and use cases. * **Stakeholder engagement:** collect requirements, obtain feedback, and ensure needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. * **Collaboration:** work closely with developers, BAs, PMs, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver the project. * **Communication:** maintain consistent communication with regular updates and prompt resolution of concerns. * **Quality assurance:** support test planning and execution to validate adherence to requirements. * **Continuous improvement:** identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * **Compliance and auditing:** ensure secure creation, delivery, and storage of documentation in repositories (e.g., SharePoint). * **Change management:** submit RFCs and participate in CAB meetings when applicable, alongside Tech Lead and PM governance. * **Scrum team support:** support key roles and ensure *definition of ready* and *definition of done*. * **UX & UI:** transform requirements into solutions; design workflows, wireframes, and prototypes; create consistent, accessible interfaces aligned with brand and objectives. * **Mentoring (coaching):** guide Business Analysts and foster team maturity. * **Decision making:** assume and manage risks, communicating decisions to the team and stakeholders. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum 6–10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT projects. * Leadership experience in business analysis projects. * Solid understanding of business processes and IT systems. * Proficiency in business analysis tools and software. **Languages:** Advanced English. \#LI\-DNI
