We are seeking a professional to provide support and information to the sales team, delivering data that enables better decision-making—ultimately helping achieve targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Monitor sales performance using the sales map and share reports with managers and supervisors; * Generate and distribute the salesperson ranking report to managers and supervisors; * Register commission percentages by product; * Prepare supplier-specific reports; * Track ongoing monthly campaigns per supplier via reports; * Generate and send daily reports to the manufacturing division and managers; * Prepare average price reports; * Update the digital dashboard information daily; * Register new customers after credit validation and analysis; * Register customers in the Primavera Fiscal system for those eligible for discounts; * Provide customer service (orders, issues with sales representatives or suppliers regarding inventory, sales, and reports); * Prepare the sales representative development program report (compile data to submit scores to corporate); * Prepare the new customer onboarding report; * Revenue and activation year-on-year report; * Supplier vs. city year-on-year report. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills. #### **Benefits:** * Dental insurance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Total Pass; * EBD Store; * Meal allowance; .
