Job Summary: Reporting directly to the CEO, the professional will be responsible for transforming strategic topics into concrete projects, developing feasibility analyses and executive presentations. Developing business cases and feasibility scenarios Direct reporting to the CEO, interaction with all group leaders, and close collaboration with Decode Strategy. **Transforming vague topics into concrete projects:** scope, phases, priorities, timeline, and action plan. Developing business cases, scenarios, and rationale for investment and growth decisions. Creating decision-oriented executive presentations. Monitoring the group's initiative portfolio with milestones, risks, and updated status. Serving as the liaison between the CEO and company leaders, unblocking critical issues and maintaining execution momentum. Experience in consulting, strategic planning, executive PMO (project management), or new business development. Mapping ongoing projects and initiatives. Consolidating an executive view of priorities for the CEO. Structuring a routine of follow-up meetings with leaders. Supporting the most urgent business cases. Identifying execution bottlenecks and proposing solutions to unblock them. Ability to structure market analyses, benchmarks, and business hypotheses. Sufficient financial literacy to assess feasibility and underlying assumptions. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel as executive communication tools.
