We offer innovative tools to optimize processes and improve organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Operate mechanical and/or CNC lathes to produce, adjust or repair components according to drawings and technical specifications. Configure the equipment used. Prepare, load, unload and secure parts, ensuring centering and compliance with instructions. Inspect and document product characteristics and process parameters using measuring instruments. Correct deviations and identify non-conforming parts during production. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and perform basic maintenance of equipment and the workplace. Previous experience as a Lathe Operator, Precision Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter, or CNC Lathe Programmer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
