Performance monitoring and final print quality control **Opportunity:** Gonçalves Packaging is seeking a **Hot Stamp Operator** to join our team. This position is essential to our production process, directly operating equipment and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with established manufacturing standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct shift handover, verifying Hot Stamping machine functionality, potential issues, work orders, and raw material availability; * Read work orders according to scheduling, record data using handheld scanners, and complete checklists; * Prepare and adjust the Hot Stamping machine for service execution; * Perform operational cleaning of the equipment; * Operate the machine while monitoring its performance through control of speed, pressure, temperature, and final print quality; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to operational instructions and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience with Hot Stamp machines; * Hot Stamp training/certification is an advantage; * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions; * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Technical knowledge of various types of thermal foils. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
