Continuous process improvement **Job Description** Responsible for operating the cartridge glue machine, performing operational adjustments, product changeovers, production and loss reporting, as well as retention sample separation. Ensures gluing quality, adherence to production deadlines, fulfillment of customer-ordered quantities, and compliance with technical standards and production process procedures. **Responsibilities** * Conduct shift handover, sharing information regarding incidents, pending items, and machine performance; * Operate the cartridge glue machine, executing electromechanical commands and necessary adjustments; * Perform product changeovers (machine setup) according to production orders; * Verify and interpret production documents such as production orders, technical sheets, and work instructions; * Monitor gluing quality by collecting retention samples and comparing them against the customer-approved standard; * Adjust machine parameters to prevent process variations and non-conformities; * Record produced quantities and losses in the shop floor reporting system; * Maintain a clean and organized work area, following organization and industrial safety practices; * Support integration and training of new team members; * Contribute to continuous process improvement by participating in cell meetings and identifying improvement opportunities. **Requirements** * Experience as a **Glue Machine Operator**; * Experience in the **printing or corrugated packaging industry** (preferred); * Knowledge of the **cartridge gluing process** and **machine setup**; * Experience in **quality control and production reporting**; * Completed High School education; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Food basket * Dental plan * Health insurance * Life insurance * TotalPass * On-site cafeteria * PRA
