Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, controlling, inventorying, and governing equipment in the warehouse, ensuring standardized and readily available assets. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse organization and standardization of equipment and utensils 2. Control of asset inflows and outflows, and updated inventory 3. Support to Procurement, Commercial, and Operations departments **Position:** General Assistant \- **Work Location:** Cajamar **Objective:** Responsible for organizing, controlling, inventorying, and governing the equipment and utensils warehouse, ensuring assets are standardized, immediately available for use, and properly recorded, supporting Procurement, Commercial, and Operations departments in contract initiation and closure. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and standardize the equipment and utensils warehouse * Perform technical screening of materials (immediate use, maintenance, or disposal) * Ensure returned equipment is ready for reuse * Control asset inflows and outflows (contract initiations and closures) * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital inventory * Classify equipment by type, status, location, and availability * Provide quick and reliable information to departments * Suggest process and warehouse layout improvements **Technical Requirements** * Experience in warehousing, stock management, asset handling, or internal logistics * Knowledge of physical inventory and fixed asset control * Operational organization and discipline * Proactivity and flexibility. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance **Benefits** * Medical Assistance – (after probationary period) * Dental Assistance \- (after probationary period) * Group Life Insurance * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance as per CLT regulations * Basic Food Basket worth R$290.00 * Pharmacy Benefit Program Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education:* Elementary School (Primary Education) * High School (Secondary Education) * Medical Assistance – (after probationary period) * Dental Assistance \- (after probationary period) * Group Life Insurance * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance as per CLT regulations * Basic Food Basket worth R$290.00 * Pharmacy Benefit Program
