Organization and equipment care **Position:** Technical Assistant Responsible for providing operational support to the technical team in assembling, transporting, installing, and dismantling LED panels and equipment used at events, ensuring organization, safety, and efficiency in all activities. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Transport, assemble, and dismantle LED panels and other equipment used at events and installations. * Support the technical team during equipment installation and setup. * Organize and pack cables, cases, and accessories for transportation or storage. * Assist in equipment verification and inventory before and after events. * Support event operational logistics, ensuring necessary materials are available. * Maintain equipment, inventory, and transport vehicles in good condition, clean, and organized. * Report any irregularities or damage identified in equipment to the supervisor. * Comply with safety regulations and best practices when handling equipment. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed elementary school; * **Experience:** Prior experience in equipment assembly, events, or operational activities is preferred. * **Specific Knowledge:** Training courses in events, electrical systems, or logistics will be considered advantageous. **Behavioral Competencies:** * \- Organization \- Physical fitness for operational tasks \- Teamwork \- Responsibility and equipment care **Work Schedule:** * **Format:** On-demand / Project-based. * **Hours:** Flexible (scheduled according to the event and recording calendar). **Salary:** R$ 2\.124,77 (starting) \+ R$90.00 per event \+ benefits * Employment type: Permanent CLT Employment type: Permanent CLT Payment: Starting from R$2\.124,77 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
