Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and implementing quality control tools, mapping processes, analyzing non-conformities, and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Creation and updating of standard operating procedures Main Responsibilities: * Develop and implement quality control tools; * Map processes and work instructions; * Analyze and handle non-conformities; * Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency of quality processes; * Monitor quality KPIs and propose corrective/preventive actions; * Create and maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) Requirements: * Technical degree in Quality, Production, or related fields * Practical experience in inspections, NC reports (RNC), BPM, IT, KPI monitoring, and audits; * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (TOTVS – PROTHEUS).
