We are seeking a **Commercial Consultant** to work on **student recruitment and student support**, directly contributing to the growth of our institution. **Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new students through online and offline channels, presenting the institution’s pedagogical proposal and unique advantages. * Attend to parents and guardians in person, by phone, or via digital platforms, providing comprehensive information about educational modalities, courses, infrastructure, and fees. * Schedule and conduct school visits, delivering institutional presentations and fostering a positive customer experience within the school environment. * Prepare commercial proposals clearly and empathetically, explaining payment terms, deadlines, and benefits. * Accompany prospects throughout the entire sales funnel—from initial contact to enrollment confirmation. * Conduct strategic follow-ups with leads at various stages, maintaining continuous and proactive communication. * Support promotional activities and student recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. * Participate in school events, fairs, and external recruitment initiatives, representing the institution. * Maintain up-to-date records of contacts and interactions in the CRM, ensuring traceability and service quality. * Attend trainings, meetings, and internal alignment sessions focused on service excellence and commercial goals. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability; * Experience in service sales; * Availability to work on Saturdays during seasonal periods (August of the current year through January of the following year). Preferred Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Experience in the education sector.
