




Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant responsible for organizing, preparing ingredients, cooking, and ensuring food presentation and kitchen hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Work collaboratively with excellent communication skills Organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment * Prepare ingredients for culinary processes (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) •Cook using various utensils or grills •Monitor food during cooking, such as stirring or flipping •Ensure excellent presentation by arranging dishes before serving •Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment •Ensure all food items and other supplies are stored properly •Inspect ingredient quality •Monitor inventory and place orders when shortages occur Requirements •Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant •Experience using cutting tools, kitchen utensils, and baking equipment •Knowledge of various culinary techniques and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.) •Ability to follow all sanitary procedures •Ability to work collaboratively; washing and drying •Excellent communication skills •Excellent physical condition and stamina Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.639,72 \- R$1\.993,20 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
