Job Summary: We are seeking a Protheus Functional Analyst to serve as the focal point for team support and training, ensuring efficiency of industrial processes within the system. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on People and Processes 2. No programming or code development (ADVPL) required 3. Functional Protheus Support (Billing and Production) We seek a **Protheus Functional Analyst** with a strong emphasis on **People and Processes**, to act as the primary contact for supporting and training our team of approximately 30 users. This role is strictly functional (focused on configuration, routines, and support), and **does not involve programming or code development (ADVPL)**. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficiency of industrial processes within the system, reducing operational errors through guidance, creation of manuals, and ongoing training. In this position, you will serve as the strategic bridge between the factory’s business areas and our external IT consultancy. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first-level functional support to Protheus ERP users, focused on Billing and Production routines. * Identify recurring operational issues and develop training sessions, practical guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide the team. * Conduct continuous training for user refresher courses and onboarding of new employees. * Test and approve enhancements developed by the external consultancy before deployment into the production environment. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes using the ERP’s standard features and best practices. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Experience in Industry/Manufacturing:** Practical experience with shop-floor operations and concepts (Production Orders, Inventory, Shipping, and Billing). * **Functional Proficiency in Protheus:** Solid hands-on experience using or supporting the **SIGAFAT** (Billing/Orders/Invoices) and **SIGAPCP** (Production Planning and Control/Time Tracking) modules. * **Educator and Didactic Profile:** Strong communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching and guiding others. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)** * Experience in the **Textile Industry**, including knowledge of size/color/print matrix control. * Functional knowledge of the **SIGAEST** (Inventory and Costing) module.
