Develop and share technical knowledge, empowering teams and customers **Job Title: Technical Support Specialist** **Location:** On-site in Barueri and/or Campinas **Job Overview** As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the post-sales customer experience. Acting as the technical reference for blow molding / vacuum applications, your role is to ensure agile and effective solutions, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and success. You will collaborate with regional and global teams, promoting integration, knowledge sharing, and excellence in technical support. **Responsibilities** * Be the expert who solves complex challenges Resolve advanced technical issues, supporting field technicians, distributors, and customers via phone, email, and on-site visits * Act proactively and strategically Lead the resolution of critical issues, tracking cases to full closure Anticipate risks and propose continuous improvements * Investigate and generate technical knowledge Conduct root cause analyses and detailed technical evaluations Prepare and review technical reports focused on quality and risk mitigation * Build and share knowledge Develop technical materials such as troubleshooting guides, fault trees, and bulletins Contribute to the organization’s knowledge base * Train and develop people Support and deliver technical training for internal teams, distributors, and customers Create learning content and experiences that truly make a difference **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed; * Experience in maintenance environments and technical support; * Prior experience delivering technical training in the field; * Advanced English and Spanish; * Knowledge of vacuum / blow molding and experience using problem-solving tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of air dryers (desiccant/refrigerated), frequency inverters, electric motors, and industrial controls and communications, with hands-on experience using problem-solving tools; * Proficiency with Salesforce; **Travel and Work Modality** * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, including weekends, as required * On-site work model in Barueri and/or Campinas
