Now that you know more about who we are, please review the responsibilities and requirements for this opportunity below. ### **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and email reception. * Welcome visitors, clients, and service providers. * Monitor entry and exit of individuals at the premises. * Register and issue identification badges or access authorizations, when required. * Organize correspondence, documents, and courier packages. * Maintain a consistently organized reception area. * Provide administrative support to the department (scheduling, spreadsheets, announcements, etc.). * Assist with internal tasks as requested. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in this role (preferred). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite). * Professional demeanor, courtesy, and organizational skills. SHIFT: 12x36 WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance
