Job Summary: Responsible for administering and controlling the vehicle fleet, supervising drivers, scheduling trips, and optimizing cargo transportation operations. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service for transportation safety Responsibilities and Duties: Administer and control the vehicle fleet in road cargo transportation; Supervise drivers' and assistants' activities; Schedule and monitor trip timings and expenses; Plan operational support activities (loading, storage, etc.); Control the operational process and evaluate its results; Optimize the company's equipment usage; Monitor and position the fleet to meet established objectives; Provide customer service to ensure peace of mind and safety in transportation; Ensure cargo loading complies with established standards regarding time, quantity, safety, and quality; Promote cargo loading to fulfill delivery commitments.
