Job Summary: The professional will analyze operational data, develop dashboards, conduct Lean training sessions, and apply methodologies to optimize industrial processes and performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Operational data analysis and Power BI dashboard development. 2. Application of Lean methodologies for industrial process optimization. 3. Support in implementing Operational Excellence programs (5S, Kaizen). **Job Description:** ---------------------- Analyze and interpret operational data to identify improvement opportunities and develop Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring. Conduct training sessions for industrial teams to promote Lean culture and Operational Excellence programs. Apply Lean methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks and operational waste, aiming to increase efficiency and optimize workflow. Support the continuous development of operational performance indicators and provide insights for improved industrial performance. Actively participate in the implementation and sustainability of established Operational Excellence programs (5S, Tier Communication, Kaizen), ensuring process adherence to improve business indicators. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Preferred: specialization in Data Analysis. Experience in developing and monitoring Power BI dashboards for operational processes, supporting decision-making in industrial areas. Experience in monitoring and analyzing operational performance indicators (KPIs). Practical experience in process analysis and continuous improvement, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, as well as using problem-solving tools (PDCA, A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram). Experience supporting the implementation and sustainability of Operational Excellence programs such as 5S, Kaizen, and management routines (Tier Communication).
