Maintaining contact with resolution teams and understanding customer needs **Description** 100% in-person – Location: Barueri/SP Work Schedule: 12×36 Available shifts: 7 AM to 7 PM Work Schedule: 5×2, 8 hours per day Available shifts: 8 AM to 5 PM NAVA has an open opportunity for Field Service technicians, delivering on-site technical support to ensure the quality of IT services and our customers' satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Daily Activities: Handle on-site service tickets; Execute checklists, gather information, and complete visit conclusion forms; Log service tickets in the ticketing tool and perform troubleshooting until resolution; Monitor tickets, keeping them updated with details of performed activities; Contact other resolution teams when necessary; Understand customer needs and provide service according to predefined procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements Completed high school education; Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in IT or Electrical Engineering is a plus; Knowledge of microcomputing; User support techniques.
