The candidate will be responsible for assisting in maintaining and providing technical support for the company's IT infrastructure. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications; * Maintain and monitor the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security devices; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals; * Track and manage technical support tickets, ensuring efficient resolution of requests; * Support access and credential management for employees in internal systems; * Assist in controlling and inventorying IT equipment; * Ensure data security and support the implementation of information security best practices; * Collaborate with the IT team on developing and implementing new technology projects and improvements. **Requirements** * Experience in IT technical support * Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and information security * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure This opportunity is **on-site**, located at GRUPO RIGARR's headquarters.
