




**Responsibilities:** * Full payroll processing, including data verification and validation; * Calculation and control of labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.); * Payroll accounting and validation for integration with accounting and financial systems; * Preparation of managerial and operational reports to support Finance, Accounting, and Controller departments; * Support for internal and external audits; * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation; * Serve as the technical reference in payroll matters, supporting the team and other departments. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in payroll processing within medium- or large-sized companies; * Advanced knowledge of labor charges and payroll accounting; * Proficiency in the Senior system is mandatory; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience integrating payroll with accounting/financial systems; * Knowledge of eSocial and ancillary obligations; * Experience in environments with a high volume of employees.
