Maintain the server infrastructure at optimal availability, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of critical services. 2\. Administer the operational environment (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS), including user and group creation/management, security policies (GPOs), scopes, and zones. 3\. Manage virtual machines: provisioning, maintenance, resource optimization, snapshots, and troubleshooting. 4\. Administer virtualization platforms (VMware and Hyper-V), including clusters, HA/DRS, storage, and virtual networks. 5\. Manage user access and profiles to critical systems (e.g., SCADA, CCTV), ensuring least-privilege principles and traceability. 6\. Monitor environment health and capacity (servers, VMs, AD/DNS/DHCP services), proactively responding to alerts and performance issues. 7\. Execute routine backup and recovery procedures for servers and VMs, performing periodic restore tests and ensuring defined RPO/RTO targets. 8\. Handle incidents and changes: root cause analysis, application of fixes/patches, and execution of changes with scheduled windows and rollback plans. 9\.
