Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for operating, programming, and performing basic maintenance on cutting machines, ensuring quality and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Automated MDF/MDP cutting operation 2. Quality control and finishing of parts 3. Basic maintenance and workplace organization Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with a 1-hour lunch break. Main Responsibilities: Preparation and Programming: Interpret project drawings and production orders, configure dimensions in the machine software, and select appropriate cutting tools. * Cutting Operation: Position panels (MDF, MDP) on the table, initiate the automated cutting process, feed the machine, and handle cut parts. * Quality Control: Inspect produced parts for dimensional accuracy, squareness, and finish according to project specifications. * Basic Maintenance: Perform cleaning, lubrication, and minor technical inspections (pneumatic system) on the machine, and request corrective maintenance and tool sharpening. * Safety and Organization: Organize the workplace, segregate waste for disposal, and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
