Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with hospital standards and regulations. 3\. Manage and train cleaning staff, providing clear guidance and regular feedback. 4\. Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, placing orders as needed. 5\. Actively participate in resolving cleaning- and hygiene-related issues. 6\. Maintain a safe working environment and promote good hygiene and safety practices. Qualifications: 1\. Proven experience in cleaning leadership roles. 2\. Ability to lead and motivate a team. 4\. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5\.
