**Job Responsibilities** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment with managers, job posting, interviews, and closing); * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on best practices in talent attraction and selection; * Map the market and perform active hunting for strategic positions; * Ensure high-quality candidate experience and strengthen Tuboluc's employer branding; * Implement modern tools and methodologies in Recruitment & Selection (R&S); * Generate and monitor recruitment metrics (time to hire, approval rate, quality of hire); * Support HR projects related to organizational culture, onboarding, and talent retention. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in generalist recruitment and selection (operational, administrative, and technical roles); * Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques and assessment testing; * Experience in headhunting and using professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus); * Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in R&S within the industrial sector; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas; * Familiarity with agile HR methodologies; * Residing nearby or having easy access to Osasco.
