Comprehensive support for family establishment in Brazil **Global Mobility Consultant**, a professional who will be responsible for **coordinating and supervising expatriate transfer processes to Brazil**, as well as overseeing the company's **quality area**. **Brief Job Description:** Responsible for coordinating and supervising expatriate transfer processes to Brazil: housing search, school selection, contract negotiations, communication with the company's HR department; and other matters facilitating family settlement or departure from Brazil. Also responsible for the company's quality area. **Detailed Job Responsibilities:** Introduce the city to which the foreign national will be transferred. Organize the schedule, including school and property searches, until the foreign national’s permanent residence is finalized. During this process, contract analysis and negotiations are required, along with interface between the foreign national and the company to align expatriation policies. Request payments for property-related expenses. Monitor the foreign national’s daily life, providing guidance on local cultural specifics. Prepare termination documents. Negotiate property repairs. Arrange residential and rental insurance. Guide subordinates on execution and implementation of processes under their responsibility.
