




Job Summary: Responsible for managing the entire cycle of physician recruitment, onboarding, and follow-up, as well as developing and administering physician schedules and ensuring service quality. Ongoing support and assistance to healthcare professionals **Responsibilities** ● Post open physician positions according to position profile and requirements of the project to be implemented. ● Recruit physicians through referrals, posting positions in various medical recruitment groups, social media, in-person initiatives (events and site visits), and additional tools provided by the company. ● Send interested physicians the list of required documents. ● Collect and validate documentation and certificates submitted by physicians in accordance with established standards. ● Enter all documents submitted by physicians approved for the position into the system. ● Ensure the quality of physician schedules under your responsibility. ● Perform recurring updates of physicians’ documentation. ● Conduct onboarding of physicians at their respective units. ● Be available to provide support and assistance for last-minute physician recruitment, as needed. ● Develop, ensure, and administer physician schedules for assigned units, aligning them with each unit’s scope. ● Submit and confirm physician schedules weekly and daily, guiding physicians on the scheduled activities. ● Monitor physicians daily, providing support as needed and ensuring their well-being. ● Support administrative and medical management in managing staff and physicians to ensure high-quality service for internal and external customers of each unit. ● Ensure accurate entry of information related to each physician into the system, guaranteeing correct payment of physician fees. ● Submit attendance records to the finance department at the end of each payroll period for timely payments, per established controls. ● Monitor electronic time tracking, validating check-in and check-out records. ● Report any issues or needs to operational managers. ● All processes above must strictly comply with company-established requirements and standards. **Tasks** ● Coordinate activities carried out within the company’s department. ● Direct the use of available resources, defining priorities, monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to plans, and delivering expected results. ● Collaborate with superiors to manage daily operational demands. ● Perform other related, compatible, and position-appropriate tasks as required.
