Working Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher, food basket, life insurance, retention bonus, and career development plan. **Job Objective:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on industrial refrigeration systems to ensure equipment operates properly, maintain operational safety and production continuity, and comply with legal and sanitary requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems; * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational failures in refrigeration equipment; * Replace components (compressors, valves, filters, belts, motors, sensors, etc.); * Monitor operating parameters (pressure, temperature, energy consumption, leaks); * Conduct operational tests after maintenance; * Complete technical records, work orders, and maintenance reports; * **Prepare, update, and maintain the PMOC (Maintenance, Operation, and Control Plan) in accordance with current legislation;** * Ensure compliance with sanitary, environmental, and occupational safety regulations; * Follow internal factory procedures and operational protocols; * Support scheduled technical shutdowns and planned maintenance; * Collaborate with electrical maintenance teams. \#JOINOURTEAM Job Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$3\.100,00 per month Work Location: On-site
