**Occupational Safety Technician Position** **Permanent employment.** **Benefits**: · Group Life Insurance; · On-site meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner (if on business travel); · Transportation allowance (public transport) when working at headquarters; · Partnership with SESC and SESI; · Career development plan; · Company-covered transportation between construction sites and hotels; **Requirements:** * **Availability to work 100% on-site in Alumínio/SP** * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Experience in civil and highway construction projects, preferably in geotechnical engineering and retaining structures. * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for the sector (e.g., NR-18, NR-35, NR-33, among others). * Prior experience in highway construction projects is desirable. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in field operations. * Driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel (both short- and long-term) and work on construction sites. * Willingness to reside in company-provided accommodation. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations on geotechnical and retaining structure projects (e.g., reinforced soil walls, anchored retaining walls, slopes, etc.). * Develop and implement Environmental Risk Prevention Programs (PPRA), Occupational Health Surveillance Programs (PCMSO), and other mandatory documentation. * Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazardous conditions and propose corrective actions. * Deliver onboarding and refresher training on occupational safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Investigate accidents, issue reports, and recommend preventive measures. * Support regulatory audits and inspections conducted by oversight agencies (e.g., MTE, CREA, etc.). * Assist in fulfilling legal requirements and applicable Regulatory Standards relevant to sector activities. * Collaborate closely with engineers, supervisors, and field teams to ensure a safe working environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proven experience in highway or heavy infrastructure projects. * Additional certifications in Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and/or First Aid. * Familiarity with digital occupational health and safety management platforms (e.g., SOC, Sienge, etc.).
