The Maintenance Department is responsible for executing, monitoring, and controlling maintenance services in both internal and external areas, covering civil, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and other building and operational systems. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance** on facilities, equipment, and systems; * Conduct periodic inspections to identify faults, wear, and repair requirements; * Carry out repairs on **electrical, hydraulic, civil, and mechanical installations**, as needed; * Monitor and support **third-party maintenance services**; * Ensure proper maintenance of **machines, tools, equipment, and facilities**; * Record service orders, incidents, and completed tasks; * Comply with and enforce **technical standards, occupational safety regulations, and environmental standards**; * Use **PPE, tools, and materials** correctly; * Support other departments as required to ensure environmental functionality. ### **Responsibilities** * Maintain facilities and equipment in suitable operating condition; * Prevent operational risks and accidents; * Ensure quality and efficiency of performed services; * Protect company assets. ### **General Requirements** * Technical knowledge appropriate to the role; * Experience in building or industrial maintenance (as applicable to the environment); * Commitment, responsibility, and organizational skills; * Attention to safety regulations and internal procedures. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
