




Job Summary: The Service Analyst will provide administrative and technical support to the Mondial and AIWA Authorized Service Network regarding customer service and product repair systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support for Mondial and AIWA Authorized Service Network 2. Technical and administrative support via Help Desk and other channels 3. Audit of Service Orders and repair tracking The **Service Analyst** will be responsible for supporting the **Mondial** and **AIWA** Authorized Service Network by providing administrative and technical assistance related to customer service systems and product repair processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support to Technical Assistance Centers via the Help Desk system (Telecontrol), e\-mail, WhatsApp, and telephone, clarifying technical and administrative inquiries. * Track field repairs performed by Technical Assistance Centers. * Audit Service Orders to ensure accuracy and fidelity of information recorded regarding products and reported defects. * Manage consumer protocols with Technical Assistance Centers, gathering information and updates on repair status. * Prospect and evaluate new partners for accreditation as Authorized Technical Assistance Centers. * Monitor the completion of services at Technical Assistance Centers undergoing contract termination with MK.
