Work Model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP **Your Day-to-Day** As a Senior Customer Experience Analyst, you will orchestrate projects and initiatives across various bank departments, proposing improvements to the customer journey. You will operate in an analytical, performance-oriented environment, using tools such as AI\- ChatGPT, Copilot, and others. Our focus is on anticipating market trends by leveraging internal and external analyses to identify strategic opportunities and guide solution development. You will support the Prime Department in innovation initiatives, aligning area needs with corporate direction. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to structure initiatives integrating business, technology, and customer experience.
