Black Box is seeking a **Network Analyst** to work on connectivity and technology infrastructure projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our clients’ network environments. The professional will be responsible for supporting critical operations, performing advanced diagnostics, and implementing solutions aligned with industry best practices. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to infrastructure modernization and expansion initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Monitor, manage, and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD\-WAN networks. * Perform troubleshooting of network incidents, ensuring rapid identification and resolution. * Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and other network equipment. * Implement security policies, network segmentation, VLANs, and compliance best practices. * Support projects involving deployment, migration, and modernization of connectivity infrastructure. * Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and capacity reports. * Conduct performance analysis and propose continuous improvements for stability and efficiency. * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure SLAs and service quality. **Requirements** * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in network administration and troubleshooting. * Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, STP, DNS, DHCP). * Hands-on experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and enterprise Wi\-Fi solutions. * Desired certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalents. * Ability to produce technical documentation and use monitoring tools. * English and Spanish proficiency desirable.
