





**COMPUTER SUPPORT ANALYST (HELPDESK)** We are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT team, providing essential technical support for maintaining and operating the company’s computer infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of systems, servers, and networks, as well as assisting internal and external users by resolving technical issues and guaranteeing operational continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring rapid incident resolution. * Diagnose and resolve computer problems—including operating system, application, network, and server failures—using diagnostic and analytical tools. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware equipment such as computers, servers, printers, and other network devices. * Install and configure operating systems, applications, and device drivers, ensuring compatibility and efficiency of IT solutions. * Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication systems, maintaining security and compliance with internal company policies. * Provide direct support to end users, guiding and assisting them in using computer systems and tools. * Monitor system, server, and network performance, identifying failures and performing necessary interventions to correct or minimize impacts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS), office applications (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace), networks, and connectivity. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. * English and Spanish: Desired. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance. * Transportation allowance (VT). * Meal/food allowance (VR/VA). * Life insurance. * SESC (Full membership). * TotalPass. * Onhappy. * Partnership with English and Spanish language schools.
