Proposal of design improvements and innovation We have an opportunity with a Japanese multinational manufacturing company located in Sorocaba\-SP. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and detail plastic injection mold projects; * Interpret drawings and specifications provided by the headquarters, adapting them to local requirements; * Conduct technical reviews and monitor mold fabrication and testing; * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to ensure integration and efficiency; * Propose design improvements aimed at cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and innovation. **Requirements:** * Experience in plastic injection mold project development * Completed undergraduate degree * Advanced English proficiency * Proficiency in 2D/3D software (preferably CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks) * Knowledge of automotive quality standards and manuals (IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP) Compensation: R$7\.425,77 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
