Both areas are essential to ensure legal compliance and approval of our developments. **Your Mission** Prepare, submit, and follow up on licensing procedures with competent authorities (Municipalities, Fire Department, Health Surveillance, Environmental Agencies), ensuring technical and legal compliance of developments and contributing to project viability. **Responsibilities:** * Technical Projects and Studies (Technical Feasibility Study): Prepare architectural and technical projects in accordance with current standards and legislation; * Licensing and Submission: Assemble, submit, and monitor administrative procedures at public agencies, ensuring complete and accurate documentation; * Process Monitoring: Track licensing progress, implement adjustments, and respond to requirements within established deadlines; * Technical Inspections: Conduct site visits to developments to prepare detailed reports supporting analysis and decision-making; * Public Agency Relations: Interact with clients and regulatory agencies to clarify technical questions and ensure smooth regularization processes; * Coordination Support: Assist the Regulatory Coordinator in scope analysis and demand prioritization, proposing technically viable solutions; * Controls and Indicators: Maintain updated spreadsheets and systems with accurate information about processes; * Technical Updates: Stay current on applicable urban, health, and environmental regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, assemble, submit, and follow up on licensing procedures for developments and renovations, with emphasis on medium- and large-scale projects. * Develop and regularize projects, ensuring compliance with municipal, state, and federal legislation. * Conduct inspections and travel as required by projects. * Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions meeting legal requirements of various agencies, such as Municipalities, Fire Department, Health Surveillance, and Environmental Agencies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in approvals and licensing. * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering. * Dynamic, proactive professionals with excellent communication skills. **Benefits** ✔ Transportation allowance: BRL 27.50 per in-office day (3x per week); ✔ One month’s salary as paid leave; ✔ Birthday day off. **Salary:** The analyst position level will be determined based on applied assessments and may be Junior, Mid-level, or Senior. **For PJ (Individual Contractor) arrangements, rates are:** Junior – BRL 4,700.00 Mid-level – BRL 5,200.00 Senior – BRL 5,800.00 Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * BRL 27.50 (in-office days) * Intermunicipal transportation allowance * One month’s salary as paid leave
