We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Plan, coordinate, and control LPG bottling operations at distribution bases, ensuring productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance. Monitor operational and maintenance indicators (KPIs, MTBF, MTTR, OEE), implementing continuous improvement actions. Ensure equipment and facility availability and reliability by supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13, NR\-20, and ANP legislation), leading accident prevention programs and fostering a zero-accident culture. Lead, develop, and engage teams of Supervisors, Coordinators, and Analysts, conducting performance evaluations and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Manage operational and maintenance budgets, identifying cost-reduction opportunities focused on efficiency. Manage supplier and service provider contracts, evaluating technical quality and cost\-benefit ratio. Represent the company in audits and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies (ANP, INMETRO, Fire Department), ensuring required licenses and certifications. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) and participate in strategic committees, presenting results and proposals to leadership. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies preferred; * Experience in industrial operations within the LPG, oil, gas, or process industries, with knowledge of applicable ANP, INMETRO, and NBR standards for the LPG sector, as well as relevant NRs: NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13, and NR\-20; * Experience in industrial operations management in leadership roles, including hands-on experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC) and asset management.
