You will intern in the customer support area, guiding customers regarding technical requirements for purchasing new products or maintaining previously acquired products. Occasionally, you will support the technical assistance team in maintenance, warranty claims, and product and service reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal and external customers; * Conduct product testing; * Assist in the development of new products; * Assist in supplier development; * Prepare material quotations; * Place purchase orders in the system; * Conduct training sessions; * Provide customer service via email and telephone. REQUIREMENTS * Currently enrolled from the 2nd (second) year onward in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering or Technology programs; * English proficiency at least at intermediate level for technical reading and communication with headquarters. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Easy access to the Cotia region..
