




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and monitoring maintenance activities, managing work orders, issuing purchase requests, updating data, and coordinating meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive maintenance planning and monitoring 2. Work order and purchase request management 3. Data updating and weekly meeting coordination Plan monthly preventive maintenance. Print work orders. Monitor and record weekly executed activities. Generate maintenance-related purchase requests. Update the spreadsheet with preventive maintenance information reported by maintenance technicians, verifying equipment necessity. Update the cost control spreadsheet, update KPIs for maintenance indicators, register spare parts and equipment in the TOTVS system. Lead weekly scheduling meetings; keep technical drawings and manuals updated and organized. Control specialized tools and measuring instruments by storing related information in spreadsheets. Contact suppliers and schedule internal and external maintenance.
