





**Job Description** Ensure accurate and efficient execution of payroll and labor routine processes, guaranteeing legal compliance and alignment with internal policies, with a focus on process optimization and automation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and execute payroll processes using the ADP system, including calculations, verifications, and monthly closing; * Monitor labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and ancillary obligations; * Administer vacation, termination, hiring, and leave processes; * Release payments to treasury; * Prepare management reports and departmental KPIs using Excel; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentary compliance; * Experience in monitoring people-related budgets; * Implement and monitor process automation using tools such as Power Automate or similar; * Develop and deliver operational training when required; * Ensure continuous updates on labor legislation and best practices. **Qualifications****Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in Payroll Department, with senior-level experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** + Proficiency in the **ADP** system (payroll). + Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, macros). + Experience in process automation (Power Automate preferred). * Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in multinational companies. * Knowledge of eSocial and ancillary obligations. * Intermediate or advanced English and Spanish;
