Senior Support Analyst

Description

Objectives Responsible for designing and maintaining the network, installing and maintaining various operating systems, installing management systems, providing advanced user support for hardware and software usage, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, studying and certifying new technologies to ensure optimal operation of IT resources, and assisting and providing technical knowledge to analysts. Requirements for the role \- Proficiency in SQL, database manipulation, and data inconsistency analysis; \- Handling and resolving complex incidents at L2/L3 levels; \- Performing advanced troubleshooting with a focus on root cause analysis; \- Investigating logs, telemetry, and data flows for precise failure identification; \- Addressing structural and performance issues in databases; \- Escalating incidents to the development team with detailed technical documentation and diagnosis; \- Interacting and collaborating with systems and infrastructure teams; \- Solid experience supporting integrated systems and corporate ERPs; \- Familiarity with corrective and evolutionary support processes and ITIL methodologies; \- Knowledge of networks, servers, and integration via APIs or Web Services; \- Proficiency in ticket management tools and technical documentation of solutions; \- Ability to organize, record history, and build a knowledge base; \- Experience in critical environments requiring information security and compliance; \- Strong technical communication skills for interaction with developers and business areas; \- Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; \- Strong communication, organization, and focus on continuous improvement; \- Analytical and collaborative profile; \- Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes and increase productivity; \- Flexible working hours.
