We enable IT solutions that ensure harmonious operation among business-supporting systems, maintaining a structured and technologically updated application architecture, meeting business requirements with high availability and performance. Work model: Hybrid \- 2 days onsite Units: Osasco \- SP / Alphavile \- SP / Curitiba \- PR / Uberlândia \- MG / Rio de Janeiro \- RJ **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Fullstack Tech Lead, you will work within the International and Foreign Exchange Management area, and your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing, designing, and developing Mainframe solutions in COBOL (batch and online), CICS, and Assembler, orchestrating JCL for batch workloads and integrating with DB2; * Evolving and maintaining legacy applications and critical transactional services (e.g., accounts, credit, cards, collections, payments), ensuring reliability, performance, and observability; * Modeling and optimizing DB2 SQL, indexes, and access plans; performing tuning and incident resolution; * Practicing agile engineering: active participation in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (where applicable to the Mainframe context); * Documenting solutions, supporting UAT and rollouts, and sharing knowledge with peers; * Developing and maintaining Java microservices; * Supporting technical writing and refinement of user stories with the Product Owner; * Applying DevSecOps practices (Build, Deploy, Quality Gates, Testing, Security, etc.) collaboratively with Cloud DevOps specialists, as well as providing technical direction for solutions under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Knowledge of COBOL (batch and online), JCL, DB2 (SQL, performance), CICS (transactions); * Knowledge of TSO/ISPF, VSAM (KSDS), utilities (IDCAMS, IEBCOPY, SORT, etc.); * Knowledge of development/diagnostic support tools: File\-AID, Abend\-AID and/or XPEDITER (or equivalents); * Knowledge of Assembler language development. * Experience developing with Java 11, 17, or 21 and Spring Boot 3\.x; * Experience with Messaging: Kafka, Service Bus or similar.
