Job Summary: The Intern will support the daily tasks of the product and service implementation team, handling documentation, customer support, and report extraction, while growing within a technology company. The Intern will be responsible for supporting the daily tasks of QUOD's product and service implementation team, completing documentation within the team's new scope, sending technical documentation to customers, assisting those same customers in understanding product and service layouts—clarifying doubts when necessary—supporting analysts in first-level implementation ticket handling, and helping extract reports from team tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
