Support business areas with data-driven insights About the Role We are a well-established company in the land development sector, with strong presence in Greater São Paulo and continuous expansion. We seek a BI Analyst with an analytical, proactive, and data-oriented profile to collect, analyze, and transform information into strategic insights that support business decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Develop and maintain managerial dashboards and reports * Collect, process, and organize data from multiple sources * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements * Support business areas with data-driven insights * Ensure data quality and integrity * Automate data analysis processes and routines * Perform database queries (SQL) * Document processes and keep databases up to date Requirements * Prior experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence * Proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) * Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, especially RD Station * Analytical mindset and attention to detail * Ability to translate data into clear insights * Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of data modeling * Experience with ETL and data integration * Experience with automation tools and Python programming language * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases * Experience in the real estate or land development sector Compensation * R$ 3\.000,00 Benefits * Wellhub (Gympass) * Birthday day off * Amil health insurance plan with co-payment * Complimentary dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance: R$ 31.00 per day * Standard business hours * On-site work model in Alphaville / Barueri Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
