We are committed to results, implementing continuous improvements and doing what is right—no shortcuts!* **Accounting Coordinator Indaiatuba/SP** **Position Objective:** Lead accounting and tax operations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, integrity of financial statements, and process optimization through the strategic use of technology. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Coordinate and develop accounting and tax teams, ensuring timely delivery of statutory obligations. * **Financial Statements (FS):** Prepare and review complete financial statements, explanatory notes, and management reports. * **Fixed Assets:** Responsible for rigorous control of fixed assets (management, depreciation, and inventory). * **Audits:** Serve as the focal point for external and internal audits, ensuring the quality of information provided. * **Processes and ERP:** Review accounting workflows and configure the ERP system to ensure automation and data security. * **Technological Innovation:** Implement and utilize technological tools to streamline routine tasks and eliminate manual work. * **Technical Compliance:** Ensure application of **IFRS** and **CPC**, monitor legislative updates, and assess impacts of the **Tax Reform**. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. * **Active CRC registration**. * Solid experience as an Accountant and in team coordination. * In-depth technical knowledge of IFRS, CPC, and tax legislation. * Experience with audits (Big Four experience is a plus). * "Hands-on" profile for process review and familiarity with management systems (ERP). * Mindset oriented toward technology and productivity. **Work Location:** * Indaiatuba \- SP **Our Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance: You may commute to the office via public transportation or your personal vehicle; * Meal/food allowance: Flexible benefit of BRL 40.81 per day; * Health Insurance — partnered with Unimed, nationwide coverage, no monthly premium deduction for the employee; * Dental Insurance — Uniodonto plan at no cost to the employee; * Life Insurance fully covered by the company; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * SESC partnership; * MCR (Profit Sharing Machine) annual bonus — we value the potential of OUR PEOPLE, so we annually recognize goal achievement.
