Excellence in pension advisory services. **We are hiring: Collections Analyst** We are looking for a **Collections Analyst** who is communicative, organized, and possesses strong **negotiation and customer relationship skills**. This role is essential to ensuring the company’s financial health by maintaining **clear, respectful, and efficient communication with customers**, conducting negotiations, and seeking solutions beneficial both to the company and to customers. Our mission is to provide a smooth and successful journey for our clients, and we seek professionals who share this vision. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proactively collect payments from customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Manage the portfolio of delinquent accounts, tracking and recording all negotiations conducted. * Negotiate payment terms and methods, ensuring agreements advantageous to both the company and customers. * Update internal systems with payment and collections agreement information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Approximately 2 years of experience in collections. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience in customer relationship management and service (preferred). * Resilience to work under performance targets. * Ability to learn from feedback. * Organized, communicative, and focused profile capable of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary + commission. * Fixed: R$2.441,31. * Variable commission. * CLT employment contract. * 100% on-site – Alphaville. * Working hours: 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. * Meal allowance: R$31.00 per working day. * Transportation/Mobility allowance. * Access to over 280 certified courses (Gupy Platform – Corporate Education).
