We are seeking a professional to serve as **AV Project Manager with focus on Civil Construction Projects**, who will play a critical role in managing projects under their responsibility, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and positive project outcomes. The candidate’s mission will include participating in and leading client meetings; delivering project kickoff, status, and closure presentations; performing follow\-up and demand management for projects—both internally and externally; handling change orders for projects under their management; organizing activity intersections during projects; coordinating schedules among teams and clients; mitigating noise and risks. They will be responsible for project reporting (costs, timelines, and quality) and for generating project artifacts according to PMO methodology and processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Management Processes, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in project management; * Advanced English **(conversational)** * ̂ * Office 365 and MS Project **(advanced)** * Knowledge of AI and ChatGPT * Agile knowledge * Project management knowledge (PMBOK) * SAP B1 knowledge (preferred) * ClickUp knowledge (preferred) * Knowledge of audio, video, and multimedia systems **Hybrid work arrangement:** * Hybrid work mode, combining on-site activities at the Alphaville office and at client locations, alongside remote work periods.
