Job Summary: A professional to perform critical analysis and management of industrial maintenance, aiming to optimize processes, ensure safety and productivity, and administer third-party services. Administration and monitoring of third-party services Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics * People management; * Prior experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in basic industries. Perform Critical Maintenance Analysis within the pre\-established timeframe, seeking to identify the root cause of equipment stoppages or defects in the production area by evaluating historical equipment performance, questioning the content of the Preventive Plan to support its updating, and proposing solutions to achieve zero stoppages and zero defects; Assist in preparing the annual maintenance budget, using historical data and performance tracking from previous fiscal periods, projecting equipment service life to support budgetary planning, as well as systematically monitoring its implementation; Participate in the development and revision of maintenance procedures, safety plan assessments, standard methods and times for maintenance activities, identifying opportunities for improvement in safety, productivity, and environmental performance, and promoting team training on these standards and on safety and quality discussions, to ensure required levels of productivity and quality for maintenance excellence; Administer third-party services, monitoring safety and quality performance during execution, performing controls during work execution per contractual terms. Conduct activity close-out, observing criteria for final measurement evaluations and required quality; Promote rationalization of activities focused on utilizing the Maintenance Management System, carrying out routine tasks and section controls, monitoring KPIs to meet pre\-established targets. 2512100202181912025
