Job Summary: The professional will operate a foam injection molding machine, controlling the injection cycle, preparing chemical components, feeding the machine, injecting foam, removing parts, inspecting quality, performing basic process adjustments, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating and controlling foam injection molding machines 2. Preparing and dosing chemical components 3. Quality inspection and process adjustments Operate the foam injection molding machine, controlling the injection cycle Prepare and dose chemical components (polyol, isocyanate, catalysts, etc.) Feed the machine according to the specified formulation Inject foam into molds and monitor curing/expansion time Remove parts from molds after curing Inspect foam quality (density, surface finish, defects, bubbles, deformations) Perform basic process adjustments when authorized Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine, molds, and work area Comply with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and handling of chemical products Record production output and losses (scrap) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
