




Job Description: * Academic background in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Valid driver’s license (Category B); * Prior experience in prospecting new business (hunter profile) is desirable; * Experience in marketing fuels, lubricants, chemical products, and energy is a strong advantage for this position; * Negotiation skills; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Leadership and optimism; * Hands-on mindset; * Teamwork orientation; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience with SAP and Salesforce. * Implement commercial strategy by negotiating commercial agreements based on market analysis to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability; * Conduct market research to identify competitors’ activities, providing the company with actionable intelligence to support optimal strategic decision-making and maintain competitive positioning; * Identify customer profiles to effectively implement the company’s B2B strategy, differentiating its product and service offerings; * Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic customers, in collaboration with the Products team.
