Job Summary: Professional responsible for corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment, aiming to ensure product quality and cost optimization. Development of improvements for processes and equipment Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment, inspecting and assembling mechanical and electrical components. Organize and lead operational shifts to maximize final product quality and minimize costs. Responsible for implementing the preventive maintenance plan (industrial and facility-related) and ensuring maximum mechanical and electrical availability of equipment/units. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical machines and equipment; repair and inspect damaged installations. Develop and implement improvements and solutions for industrial equipment and processes, aiming to increase availability, productivity, and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, inspect, and assemble mechanical and electrical components of machines and equipment; * Evaluate and execute maintenance plans (preventive and corrective) for equipment used in industrial waste valorization — Class I and Class II — aiming for continuous operational improvement and cost optimization; * Operate electric tools, electric welding and MIG welding, oxy-cutting, and clean and analyze integrity and quality of components; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace; * Consult technical manuals, interpret drawings, projects, and catalogs; * Work in accordance with technical standards and procedures, quality, safety, and demonstrate mastery of specific technical knowledge in the field; * Monitor maintenance indicators; * Assess need for replacement parts and submit requests to the Manager; * Perform related tasks upon request from immediate supervisor; * Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical machines and equipment installed in production areas, according to scheduled plans and/or service requests issued; * Perform electrical adjustments, replace damaged parts, inspect, construct, and repair electrical wiring and other related activities as needed; * Complete work orders and service requests according to services performed; * Perform tasks at heights exceeding 2 meters where fall hazards exist; * Perform tasks in confined spaces; * Perform tasks in areas storing flammable and combustible waste; * Perform low-voltage electrical work up to 440V; * Occasionally perform tasks in medium-voltage areas of 23.800V or 23.8kV, including preventive maintenance of switchgear and substations; * Handle chemical substances (oils and greases); * Perform welding and cutting of metal structures; * Maintain mobile equipment such as forklifts and excavators, and operate them if necessary, provided that certification and authorization are held; **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma, or technical degree in mechanics, electricity, mechatronics, or related fields (with proven experience in the area) * 5 years of maintenance experience. * Preferred: NR-10, NR-11, NR-12, NR-33, NR-34, and NR-35 certifications * Behavioral attributes: sense of urgency, agility, focus, willingness to learn and teach, excellent physical stamina, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and strong interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
